FUNDING RESOURCES
If you are seeking funding to participate in our Residency Program, we recommend the following steps:
1. Identify a Funding Program: We list several funding sources on this page that previous residents have used. These are just a sample of available options; you may find additional funding opportunities within your own country. Be sure to check the application deadlines and announcement dates of these programs before you apply to Casa Lü.
2. Select Residency Program Dates: Before applying to Casa Lü, choose a residency period that aligns with the funding program's result dates. Keep in mind that the residency fee must be paid three months prior to the start of the program. Therefore, ensure that your chosen residency period begins at least three months after the funding results are announced.
3. Apply to Casa Lü: The application process typically takes three to six weeks. Consider this timeframe when planning your grant applications. Apply early to Casa Lü to allow sufficient time to receive an invitation letter necessary for your funding applications.
4. Apply for Funding: Upon acceptance into Casa Lü, we will provide you with an invitation letter that can be used for your grant applications. If you require additional support from us for your application, please let us know.
